Are the thongs/socks/undies actually used?
Nope! All our products arebrand new, unworn, and sanitized. The “used” part is all in the prank packaging and presentation.
Will the recipient know I sent the prank?
Absolutely not. We’ll never reveal the sender’s details (unless required by law). Your secret is safe with us.
What if the recipient gets upset?
That’s part of the prank! We’re not responsible for emotional reactions — whether it’s laughter, shock, or embarrassment. Please prank responsibly.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping is FREE Australia Wide on all our Postal Pranks. Each prank is shipped separately because the packaging is part of the fun.
Other products include a shipping fee per cart of $9.95 flat rate. We do offer free shipping on orders over $89 Australia Wide.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the recipient’s location, but standard courier times apply.
Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment we ship within Australia only (international shipping may be added in future).
How discreet is the packaging on the Postal Pranks?
Not at all — and that’s the point! The packaging isthe prank. Expect bold, hilarious labels that make the delivery unforgettable.
Can I include a custom message?
Yes! You can add a cheeky note during checkout and we’ll include it with the prank.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Checkout
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes! All payments are encrypted and processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We never store your credit card details.
Will the payment reference give me away?
Nope — our billing is discreet. The recipient will never see your details or payment info. Your secret stays safe.
Can I pay with Afterpay / Buy Now, Pay Later?
Not yet, but we’re working on adding more payment options in the future.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Sorry, no. We like our pranks prepaid — it keeps things smooth, simple, and stress-free.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or because the prank wasn’t “funny enough.” Refunds are only issued if a product arrives damaged (photo evidence required).
Can I send one to my boss?
Youcould… but whether you’ll still have a job on Monday is another story. Prank responsibly!
What’s the craziest prank people have pulled?

Will the courier judge me?
Probably. But that’s half the fun. Our packaging is bold and loud, and yes, couriers have a laugh too.

Do you actually sniff the thongs?
Eww, no. We leave the sniffing up to you (if that’s your thing). Our job is just to deliver the laughs.
