At Thong Sniffer, our products are designed to bring laughter, fun, and a little bit of mischief. Because our items are novelty prank gifts, please read the following Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Change of Mind Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty due to our error or that of our courier, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To process this, we require:

• Clear photo evidence of the damage, and
• A claim submitted via email on hello@thongsniffer.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers,
• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or
• Parcels opened, lost, or delayed once handed over to the courier.

Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

4. Prank Nature of Products

Our products are intended as gag gifts only. We will not issue refunds because a recipient was offended, embarrassed, or did not find the prank funny. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the prank nature of our service.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Important Note: Thong Sniffer products are novelty gag gifts. If you can’t take a joke, please don’t place an order.
